Processing time: 1–3 business days (this is when we prepare and ship your order; delivery transit time varies by carrier).

• Free standard shipping for orders $75 and over (U.S.).
• For orders under $75 (U.S.): $5.99 for Singles-only orders, and $8.99 if your cart includes any Sealed products or Accessories.
• All orders are shipped with tracking.

Returns

• 14-day return window from delivery for unopened/sealed items.
• Card condition disputes handled case-by-case — please include photos when contacting us.
• Contact us first so we can help quickly; refunds issued to the original payment method after inspection.
