Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery transit time varies by carrier.

• Free standard U.S. shipping is available on orders $75 and over.
• For U.S. orders under $75, shipping is $5.99 for singles-only orders and $8.99 if your cart includes any sealed products or accessories.
• All orders include tracking.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Sealed products must be unopened to be eligible for return.
• Card condition concerns are handled case-by-case; please include photos when you contact us.
• Please contact support@ve-nova.com before initiating a return.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
