Shipping Rates

• Free standard U.S. shipping is available on orders $75 and over.
• Singles-only orders under $75: $5.99 shipping.
• Orders containing sealed products or accessories: $8.99 shipping.
• All orders include tracking.

Singles orders placed through the VE-NOVA Singles Store may be subject to different shipping rates and delivery estimates than products purchased directly through VE-NOVA.com.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Sealed products must be unopened to be eligible for return.
• Card condition concerns are handled case-by-case; please include photos when you contact us.
• Please contact support@ve-nova.com before initiating a return.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
